Product Datasheets
| IgG1
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is one of the most abundant proteins in human serum, accounting for about 10–20% of plasma protein.Antibody responses to soluble protein antigens and membrane proteins primarily induce IgG1, but are accompanied with lower levels of the other subclasses, mostly IgG3 IgG4. Because IgG1 is normally the most abundant subclass, a lack of IgG1 seen in a variety of primary and secondary antibody deficiencies, can result in decreased total IgG levels (hypogammaglobulinemia). IgG1 deficiencies, sometimes in combination with other IgG subclass deficiencies, are associated with recurrent infections .
| Repeatability
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%| Recovery
The recovery of Mouse IgG1 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.| Sample Type | Range(%) | Average Recovery(%) |
| Serum(n=8) | 81-101 | 96 |
| Plasma(n=8) | 92-105 | 101 |
| Linearity
Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse IgG1 and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.| Serum(n=4) | Plasma(n=4) | ||
